Purpose of the memorial

This memorial is a space for remembrance and reflection. It presents a video tribute to the lives lost and the families affected by the events of October 7. It is not a news site, a donation platform, or a commercial service.

Access to the video

Access to the memorial video is provided after you complete a short gateway, in which you provide a contact detail and give your consent. We reserve the right to grant, restrict, or revoke access at our discretion.

Acceptable use

  • Use the memorial respectfully and in keeping with its purpose of remembrance.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent the gateway or download, copy, or redistribute the video.
  • Do not use the memorial for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose.

Intellectual property

The memorial video and all related content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to the video or content beyond personal viewing for remembrance.

Limitation of liability
